The National Labor Institute (NIL) is the only institute, established by the Sub Decree no.111 RNKR.BK dated 1st August 2019 on the Organization and Functioning of the National Institute of Labour, to provide trainings, strengthen and promote the life-long learning with respect to labour sector for officials, professional organizations, workers, students and the public with profession, quality, effectiveness, and harmonious industrial relations. With this, the NIL also plays an important role as an institution in providing consultation over law enforcement and conducting various researches on working conditions, industrial relations, work productivity, occupational safety and health, social protection schemes, and labour migration. Through this website, we believe that the officials, workers, and public can find the information about the NIL, training courses and legal regulations related to the labour sector in a more effective and expeditious manner.
